Children's Restoration Network
Children’s Restoration Network (CRN) is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization that provides direct services and programs to 6,000 homeless children a year living in 134 group homes and homeless shelters in 20 metro-Atlanta counties. In our 21-year history, Children’s Restoration Network has worked with over 51,000 homeless children and over 14,000 homeless mothers. We are a Charity Navigator 4-star rated non-profit agency that, in 2013, allocated over 90% of our budget to our programs, which included distributing over $2,419,866 of in-kind donations directly to kids living in shelters and group homes.
CRN’s Mission is to offer hope and support to homeless children and their mothers, empowering them to become active, productive citizens through programs and events designed to uplift their spirits and address their academic, emotional, and physical needs. While our programs are designed to ensure that these homeless children get to experience the everyday joys of childhood, such as having a bountiful Thanksgiving dinner or having gifts to open during the holidays, our primary focus is to ensure that these kids have the educational tools and resources necessary to break the cycle of homelessness.
